Colwick Recycling works with other Recycling Companies who are Approved Authorised Treatment Facilities, AATF, licenced by the Environment Agency.
We can therefore provide Evidence Notes to your organisation if required.

WEEE Compliance

The purpose built WEEE recycling centre operated by Colwick Recycling is built to handle the safe and effective recycling of the full range of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment categories covered by the WEEE Directive detailed below;

  1. Large household appliances
  2. Small household appliances
  3. IT and telecommunications equipment
  4. Consumer equipment
  5. Lighting equipment
  6. Electrical and electronic tools (with the exception of large-scale stationary industrial tools)
  7. Toys, leisure and sports equipment
  8. Medical devices (with the exception of all implanted and infected products)
  9. Monitoring and control instruments
  10. Automatic dispensers
  11. Display screens
  12. Cooling appliances
  13. Gas discharge lamps and LED light sources
  14. Photovoltaic panels
